How do I place an order?

Browse our catalogue, add books to your basket, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to create a free account or sign in, then provide your shipping address and payment details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash on delivery (COD) within Egypt, as well as online payments via major credit and debit cards. Additional payment options may be available at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over 500 EGP qualify for free standard shipping within Egypt. For smaller orders, shipping starts from 30 EGP depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view your order status at any time in your account under My Orders.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of being placed, provided they haven't been dispatched yet. Contact us immediately at orders@jeebookstore.com if you need to make a change.

What is your return policy?
