Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across Egypt only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Costs
Shipping within Egypt is 40 EGP for Cairo & Giza, 55 EGP for Alexandria & the Delta, and 70 EGP for other governorates.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2 PM (Cairo time) on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order from your account page under My Orders.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at orders@jeebookstore.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll resolve it promptly.
