Delivery Areas
We deliver across Egypt and ship internationally to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, the United States, and many other countries. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Costs
Standard shipping within Cairo and Giza starts at 30 EGP. Orders over 500 EGP qualify for free standard delivery within Egypt. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2 PM (Cairo time) on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order from your account page under My Orders.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at orders@jeebookstore.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll resolve it promptly.
