Returns & Refunds

14-Day Return Window

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery. Books must be returned in their original, unread condition — no damage, no markings, and in original packaging where applicable.

How to Return

   Email us at orders@jeebookstore.com with your order number and reason for return.

   We'll review your request within 1–2 business days and send return instructions.

   Pack the book securely and ship it back to our warehouse.

4. 4

   Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• ✕Digital or downloadable products
• ✕Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Non-Returnable'
• ✕Books that have been read, annotated, or damaged by the customer
• ✕Personalised or custom orders

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed as store credit or bank transfer. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
