Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched (except for Cash on Delivery orders).

We aim to deliver within the timeframes shown on our Shipping Info page. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our returns policy, including eligibility and the returns process, is described in full on the Returns page. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned items have been inspected and approved.
